Never ones to miss a free toddler entertainment opportunity, we popped into Oaklands College lambing weekend briefly on the Saturday.

Our son’s late nap meant we only had a hour to explore the site and got to see the lambs, piglets, goats, as well as a Thomas look-a-like ride and our son’s favourite thing of the day: a miniature train ride, where we got to see the driver use a tiny coal hammer to break up the coal!

Unfortunately, we’d missed the puppet show and probably only saw a fraction of what was there so we’ll definitely look out for 2018’s weekend.
